Join Accenture as a Senior Analyst in Decision Science, where you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering critical compliance reports. This role leverages data from internal and external client systems, requiring robust skills in Advanced Excel, Power Query, and compliance tools. Your contributions will support crucial business decisions by generating accurate, high-quality outputs and identifying key data trends. You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and delivery of standard reports using Excel and compliance tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and summaries. Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Power Query and VBA to enhance efficiency. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all deliverables, and identify trends or variances to provide business insights. Contribute to the reporting automation roadmap, conduct Root Cause Analysis for issue resolution, and take ownership of reporting tasks with minimal supervision. Maintain documentation and coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth report delivery, remaining available for client meetings.
We are seeking individuals with a strong foundation in reporting and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and effective email writing are essential. Strong verbal communication, including vocabulary and fluency, is required, alongside customer service and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with Compliance Reporting, Power Query, and/or VBA is highly valued. Familiarity with compliance tools such as Bullhorn, Cognos, or Peoplesoft is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
