This role focuses on providing crucial insights into HR processes, procedures, and policies. The objective is to facilitate data-driven decision-making, empowering HR to transition from an operational function to a more strategic partner. You will be instrumental in leveraging data to enhance HR effectiveness and align with organizational goals.

Analyze raw data, apply business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies. Understand business challenges from leads, assisting with report generation and ongoing maintenance.

Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries. Proficiency in Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI is beneficial for programming and automation tasks.

Collaborate closely with the team to drive value realization through advanced analytics and technology, focusing on HR analytics and overall business strategy.

Manage data with minimal supervision, conduct exploratory analysis, and contribute to the optimization of client business processes. Handle proof-of-concept development.

Engage with peers within Accenture and potentially with clients and management, collaborating effectively within multiple work streams.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience is required for this Senior Analyst position.

Essential skills include a strong background in HR Analytics and extensive experience with MySQL. A solid understanding of the HR domain, ideally with prior experience in HR Analytics or Talent Acquisition, is highly desirable.

Demonstrated business acumen is crucial for aligning analytical outcomes with business objectives and workforce strategies. Excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate complex data insights clearly through presentations and reports.

Candidates should be proactive and capable of independent work while also being adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience working with offshore teams is preferred.

Familiarity with VBA, Power BI, or other visualization and reporting tools is advantageous. The ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations is key.
