Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time financial performance visibility. Create interactive visualizations for executive summaries, operational metrics, and key performance indicators. Implement robust security measures and complex DAX calculations for intricate financial metrics. Design self-service analytics solutions enabling business users to explore data independently.

Maintain and optimize existing Power BI environments, ensuring dataset performance. Design and implement scalable data pipelines for integrating financial data from various systems. Build and manage data warehouses and marts tailored for financial reporting. Develop automated ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Collaborate with IT to establish data governance and security protocols. Optimize database performance and resolve data quality issues.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and administration. Advanced SQL and database management skills are essential. Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Power BI, data visualization, and storytelling is highly valued. Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and ETL/ELT processes is required.

Demonstrated experience with Excel advanced functions and financial modeling. Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is beneficial. Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and business metrics is expected. Experience with cloud platforms like Databricks, Azure, or AWS, and modern data stack technologies is a plus. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey complex financial concepts effectively.
