Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports precisely as per agreed timelines and specifications, while providing essential SME support.

Extract, transform, and prepare data from HCM and other HR systems for comprehensive reporting and analysis. Build and maintain reports using tools such as Workday, SAP, Advanced SQL, ServiceNow Reporting, Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, VBA, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, Global Scape, MS Access, Smartsheet, WebApps, and Tableau.

Analyze HR data to identify key trends, detect anomalies, and support critical decision-making with actionable insights. Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, ensuring data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through rigorous validation and testing.

We are seeking professionals with 2-5 years of experience in Delivery - Reporting Analytics. Essential technical proficiencies include Workday or SAP reporting, Advanced SQL with Workbench, Advanced Excel, Smartsheet, Power Query, VBA, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, Global Scape, MS Access, WebApps, and Tableau.

Strong capabilities in insight writing and storytelling, coupled with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively, are crucial. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.

Key qualifications include expertise in SAP Report Writer, Workday Report Writer (Advanced, Composite, Prism Analytics), and ServiceNow Reporting. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, along with Advanced SQL and SQL Workbench, are vital. Experience with Cognos Reporting, SSRS, Global Scape, Snowflake, MS Access, Reporting & Visualizations, WebApps, and Smartsheet is expected. A background in HR Domain, specifically compensation reporting and analysis, is also required.
