As part of our Functional and Process Excellence vertical, you will craft dashboards, automated reports, and compelling data visualizations that drive business value. You will leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker, Power BI, or Tableau to visually represent key performance indicators and business outcomes.

Develop automated, scheduled reports to minimize manual effort and ensure consistent delivery of insights.

Execute Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using SQL to integrate data from various sources into reporting pipelines.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

Prepare comprehensive delivery and performance reports, including metrics like audience reach, engagement, and conversions.

Monitor dashboard performance and data refresh schedules to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

Ensure the integrity and consistency of data across all reporting outputs, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies.

Provide support for ad-hoc data requests, expertly querying databases and presenting findings clearly.

Create impactful data visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and anomalies to diverse audiences.

Liaise with data engineering teams to comprehend data pipelines and resolve any upstream data quality issues.

Maintain thorough documentation for all reports, dashboards, and data definitions to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting and visualization roles is required, with a total experience of 2-5 years.

Demonstrated proficiency in Looker, Power BI, and/or Tableau, including dashboard creation and utilization of DAX and calculated fields.

Advanced skills in SQL, encompassing query writing, joins, aggregations, and performance tuning.

Expertise in advanced Excel functionalities such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.

A strong understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases is essential.

Experience working with substantial datasets and automating reporting workflows is expected.

Ability to leverage AI and automation tools to optimize analytics processes, improve decision-making, and boost operational efficiency.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data quality are paramount.

Strong English communication skills and the ability to present effectively to stakeholders are required.

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field is necessary.
