Join Accenture as a Senior Analyst in our I&F Decision Science Practitioner team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. This includes managing both recurring standard reports and ad hoc requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance to business needs.

You will collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to achieve reporting objectives. Key duties involve extracting and transforming data from HCM and other HR systems, building and maintaining reports using various tools, and analyzing HR data to identify trends and support strategic decisions. You will also contribute to dashboard creation and maintenance, ensuring data quality and maintaining comprehensive documentation for reporting processes.

We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of experience, specifically in HR analytics and reporting. A strong command of tools such as Workday or SAP, advanced SQL, Excel, Power Query, VBA, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, MS Access, Tableau, and Power BI is essential.

Experience with ServiceNow Reporting, Smartsheet, and WebApps is also highly valued. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in communication and stakeholder management. Familiarity with HR domain, compensation reporting, and data visualization storytelling is a significant advantage.
