Your primary responsibilities will include executing and delivering both standard and ad hoc HR reports precisely as per agreed specifications and timelines. You'll provide essential Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, and meticulously extract, transform, and prepare data from various HR systems for comprehensive reporting and analysis. Building and maintaining reports across a range of tools like Workday, SAP, Advanced SQL, ServiceNow, and Tableau will be key.

Furthermore, you will analyze HR data to pinpoint trends, identify anomalies, and support strategic decision-making with compelling insights. Assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards using tools like Power BI is also part of the role. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all reporting outputs through rigorous validation and testing is paramount. You will also maintain detailed documentation for report logic, data transformations, and sources, fostering transparency and consistency.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in data science and reporting analytics. A strong command of technical tools is essential, including proficiency in Workday or SAP report writing, Advanced SQL, Advanced Excel, Smartsheet, Power Query, VBA, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, Global Scape, MS Access, and WebApps. Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Tableau is highly valued, with familiarity in Power BI being a desirable addition.

Successful candidates will demonstrate robust problem-solving abilities, sharp analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, including strong sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
