The team is dedicated to conceptualizing, designing, and developing cutting-edge machine learning and data science solutions across various Accenture Operations business towers, including Retail, Supply Chain, Customer Analytics, Finance & Accounting, and Procurement. We integrate real-time analytics to enhance Accenture's ability to deliver exceptional value to clients, often uncovering opportunities that are not immediately apparent.

As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze and solve increasingly complex problems, collaborating primarily with peers within Accenture. You will also have opportunities for interaction with clients and Accenture management. While receiving minimal instruction on daily tasks, you will be guided on new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and potentially the work of others. This role operates as an individual contributor, with the possibility of overseeing small work efforts or teams.

We are seeking professionals with experience in:

- Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) - Databricks - Statistical programming (Python) - Data visualization (Power BI) - Reporting - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge of at least four techniques: Classification, Regression, Clustering, Neural Networks, Dimensionality Reduction, Ensemble Modelling (Random Forest, Boosted Trees), Natural Language Processing, Forecasting - Proficiency in Time Series Forecasting - Hands-on experience in Retail Supply Chain Demand Forecasting (in-season and pre-season), Location Planning, Assortment Planning, and Demand Planning for new and existing stores.

Additionally, candidates should possess:

- 1-4 years of professional experience in Retail Forecasting projects. - Basic understanding of various machine learning/data science models and data mining techniques. - Pursuing a Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics/Data Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a postgraduate certification in Data Science/Business Analytics. - Strong English communication and articulation skills. - Ability to manage and navigate large datasets effectively. - Creative problem-solving skills for real-world business challenges. - Capacity to thrive in a global, collaborative team environment.
