Accenture is seeking an experienced I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst to join our team. This role involves end-to-end reporting, from understanding requirements and extracting data to analysis, reconciliation, report development, validation, and timely delivery. You will manage recurring reports, troubleshoot data issues with root cause analysis, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

We are looking for a Graduate with 5 to 8 years of experience in HR reporting, capable of independently managing reports from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will excel at stakeholder engagement, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and provide hands-on guidance to team members.

Lead and execute HCM, HR, and Workday reporting activities, taking full ownership from requirement gathering to final delivery. Independently prepare, validate, and deliver standard and ad hoc reports within strict timelines and quality standards. Develop and maintain Workday reports, Power BI dashboards, and Advanced Excel solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into accurate reports. Perform data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, and quality checks. Manage recurring reporting, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to processes and SOPs. Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive resolutions. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of manual reporting processes.

Maintain detailed report documentation, logic, and process knowledge. Provide leadership and guidance to team members while actively participating in report development and daily delivery.

A Graduate with 5 to 8 years of total experience and at least 5 years of role-specific experience in HR reporting is required. Proficiency in HR reporting, Workday reporting, Advanced Excel, Power BI dashboards, PowerQuery, and VBA is essential. Strong skills in stakeholder management, customer service, and operations management are critical. The role demands excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative thinking abilities, complemented by strong email writing and verbal communication skills.

Domain knowledge in Workday reporting is highly preferred. Experience with PowerQuery and/or VBA for automation is beneficial. Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards is a key requirement.
