Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst in Decision Science, you will be responsible for the hands-on development and automation of HR reports and dashboards, addressing both recurring and ad hoc reporting needs. You will collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure all reporting outcomes are accurate, timely, and relevant to business requirements.

Key duties include designing and configuring advanced reports within Workday, covering financial reporting and Human Capital Management (HCM) to meet client needs. You will also extract and prepare data from Workday and other HR systems, build automated Excel reports using formulas, PowerQuery, and VBA, and analyze HR data to identify trends and anomalies.

Further responsibilities involve supporting dashboard creation with tools like Power BI or Tableau, ensuring data quality through validation and testing, and maintaining clear documentation for report logic and data sources. You will work collaboratively with team members, respond to stakeholder queries, and identify opportunities for streamlining reporting processes. Adherence to defined processes, governance standards, and rotational shifts to support global reporting cycles is also expected.

Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Workday Reporting, advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and VBA. A strong understanding of HR Domain concepts and experience with Reporting & Visualizations tools are required.

Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset, with an adaptability to change. Strong verbal communication skills, including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation, are important. Experience in Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management is also highly valued.

Familiarity with Workday PRISM, Workday Discovery Boards & Worksheets, SQL, and Power BI is required. While not strictly mandatory, familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau is considered a plus.
