As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying data-driven AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation and testing of machine learning and statistical models using Python, performing data analysis, and conducting basic feature engineering on structured datasets, including claims data.

You'll also write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting, support the implementation of ML and Agentic AI workflows under expert guidance, and utilize Git for version control while adhering to development standards. Additionally, you will help with CI/CD pipelines for model and application deployment, participate in code reviews and model validation, and collaborate with senior team members to understand business and technical needs.

We are seeking a skilled professional with 5 to 8 years of experience, particularly in Supply Chain Analytics. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git, along with a strong foundational knowledge of statistics and machine learning concepts.

Candidates should possess a basic understanding of AI/ML workflows and model evaluation. Experience with claims data or a strong willingness to learn the domain is highly valued. Strong problem-solving abilities, an eagerness to learn, and introductory experience with AWS or other cloud platforms are also key. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts or DevOps practices, as well as academic or project experience with ML or AI systems, is beneficial.
