Key responsibilities include supporting the development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and OBIEE data. You will ensure the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of reporting outputs through rigorous validation checks. The role also involves identifying and escalating data anomalies and collaborating with team members to meet critical reporting timelines and service level commitments.
Further duties encompass assisting in root cause investigations for reporting issues, documenting corrective actions, and contributing to team initiatives, process improvements, and operational deliverables. Active participation in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities is also expected to enhance reporting expertise and process understanding.
Candidates should possess 0-1 years of total experience and hold a Graduate Degree. Essential skills include proficiency in OBIEE Reporting, understanding of the Reporting Domain, and strong command over MS Office (Excel). Excellent Email Writing Skills and Problem-solving abilities, encompassing analytical thinking, collaborative approaches, or adaptability to change, are crucial.
Effective Verbal Communication, including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation, is highly valued. Additionally, strong Customer Service Skills are expected. Experience with VBA or PowerQuery is a plus. This role is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in data analysis and reporting.
