Our Travel Retail sector is experiencing significant growth, driven by the increasing demand for high-quality data, seamless retailer integration, and advanced analytics. The Junior Analyst role is pivotal in supporting our TR BACC team by developing insightful dashboards and analytics that enhance business decisions and streamline processes across various functions.

As a Junior Analyst, you will collaborate with the Senior Analyst to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions to pressing business challenges. You'll apply data modelling techniques and analytical tools to address complex issues, actively participating in projects with stakeholders and team members to deliver practical analytics solutions. Your role will involve creating and maintaining essential dashboards, reports, data models, and automated workflows, ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate insights. You'll support agile methodologies by helping to establish clear processes and tools for rapid data interpretation. Additionally, you will be responsible for validating data integrity, investigating any discrepancies, and clearly communicating your findings and recommendations. This position also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives and business process redesign through rigorous data analysis. You will manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining exceptional organization, documentation, and attention to detail.

We are seeking individuals with a strong passion for data, reporting, analytics, and data modelling, coupled with an interest in cloud technology, security, privacy, and DevOps principles. A significant ambition for growth in the data and analytics field is essential. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of programming languages, deployment methods, and training delivery. Excellent organizational skills are required to manage multiple priorities concurrently, alongside strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities. Key technical proficiencies include Power BI, SAP, Excel, Databricks, and Power Automate. Experience or familiarity with sales and marketing, master data management, regulatory processes, supply chain operations (ordering, shipping, logistics), inventory and new-launch management, demand and financial planning, and finance and accounting functions is highly desirable.
