Join Accenture as an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Analyst and contribute to our Marketing Operations vertical. This role focuses on enabling data for reporting, dashboarding, campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and social/digital analytics services. Key responsibilities include supporting data extraction, transformations, pipeline monitoring, and validation activities. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data refreshes and recurring feeds, flagging any anomalies or failures. This role involves assisting with data reconciliation, source-to-target checks, and preparing datasets for dashboard readiness. You will also maintain essential documentation for data processes and collaborate with analytics teams to understand their data requirements and dependencies. Escalating data quality or pipeline issues to the appropriate teams will also be part of your duties.

We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of experience in data operations, analytics engineering, or data pipeline support. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation is essential. Experience with ETL/ELT processes and supporting scheduled data feeds is required. A strong understanding of data warehousing and data lake concepts, along with the ability to work with large structured datasets, is crucial. Familiarity with BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance analytics workflows are highly desirable.
