As a Junior Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the TR BACC by developing and delivering dashboards, analytics, and insightful reports. You will apply data modeling concepts and analytical tools to tackle complex business challenges, collaborating with stakeholders and team members to implement practical solutions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining data models, workflow automations, and reports that provide timely and accurate insights. You will also support agile methodologies by establishing clear processes and tools for rapid insight delivery, validating data quality, and communicating findings effectively.

We are seeking an individual with a passion for data, analytics, and emerging technologies like cloud and DevOps principles. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SAP, and Excel is essential. Familiarity with Databricks and Power Automate is highly desirable. Experience with sales and marketing, master data management, ordering processes, inventory, demand planning, and financial accounting will be beneficial for this role.
