As part of our Marketing Operations vertical, you will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end campaign analytics. This includes audience segmentation, generating customer insights, and meticulously measuring campaign performance to enhance marketing ROI. You will utilize CRM and campaign management platforms to create targeted audiences, track effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

As an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

- Building and managing audience segments using CRM databases, CDPs, and SQL-based tools for targeted marketing campaigns. - Executing customer segmentation analyses based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data. - Applying consent, opt-in, contractability, eligibility, and suppression rules as per approved guidance. - Designing and delivering comprehensive campaign performance reports, tracking critical metrics like open rates, conversion rates, CTR, and revenue lift. - Conducting pre- and post-campaign analyses, including test-and-control measurements and attribution modeling. - Collaborating closely with campaign managers and marketing teams to align analytical outputs with campaign objectives. - Monitoring campaign health in real-time and promptly flagging performance anomalies to stakeholders. - Developing customer insight decks to inform targeting strategies and creative decisions. - Performing customer lifetime value (CLV) and RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analyses to refine segmentation strategies. - Maintaining and enhancing data quality within campaign management and CRM systems. - Documenting audience build logic, campaign tagging structures, and measurement methodologies. - Building and maintaining interactive dashboards using Looker, Power BI, and/or Tableau to visualize KPIs and business performance. - Developing automated, scheduled reports to reduce manual effort and ensure consistent, reliable delivery of insights.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A total of 2-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years focused on campaign analytics, CRM analytics, or marketing analytics. - Advanced SQL proficiency for audience extraction, segmentation, and campaign data analysis. - Experience with CRM or campaign management platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar. - Proven experience with Power BI or Tableau for building campaign dashboards. - Familiarity with ML-driven personalization or next-best-action engines. - The ability to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline analytics workflows. - Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation. - A solid understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital marketing KPIs. - Experience in building audience segments and measuring campaign effectiveness. - Excellent analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, IT, or a related field. - Discipline in reporting support, QA checks, and documentation. - Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical significance. - Familiarity with loyalty programs, customer retention, or CRM strategy. - Python for data manipulation and automation is a plus.
