As an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of HR reports, encompassing both standard recurring requests and ad hoc reporting needs. This includes extracting and preparing data from HR systems like Workday, and developing automated Excel reports using advanced formulas.

You will analyze HR data to identify key trends and anomalies, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Ensuring data integrity through rigorous validation and maintaining comprehensive documentation for report logic and data sources are critical aspects of this role. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to address data queries, alongside identifying opportunities for process automation, will be essential. Adherence to defined processes and governance standards for data handling is paramount, and the role requires flexibility to work in night shifts to support global operations.

We are looking for a professional with strong HR Reporting knowledge and technical proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA, and PowerQuery. The ability to interpret and analyze data accurately is essential.

Key competencies include expertise in Reporting & Visualizations, HR Domain knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel). Strong problem-solving skills, encompassing analytical thinking and adaptability, are vital. Excellent verbal communication skills, including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation, are required. Familiarity with Workday reporting is desirable. Experience in Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management is also valued.
