This role focuses on the direct development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. You will manage both recurring standard reports and one-time ad hoc requests, working closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure accurate and insightful reporting outcomes. Strong proficiency in tools such as Workday, Advanced Excel, Power Query, and VBA is essential for interpreting and analyzing data effectively. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous. A commitment to high accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and continuous process improvement in reporting is paramount.

- Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports adhering to agreed timelines and specifications. - Extract and prepare data from HCM tools and other HR systems for comprehensive reporting and analysis. - Build and maintain automated Excel-based reports utilizing formulas, Power Query, and VBA macros. - Analyze HR data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making. - Contribute to the creation or maintenance of dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau, as applicable. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reporting outputs through rigorous validation and testing procedures. - Document report logic, data transformation steps, and data sources clearly and comprehensively. - Collaborate effectively with team members and address data or reporting inquiries from stakeholders. - Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks. - Adhere to defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling. - Work in rotational shifts as required to support global reporting cycles and client time zones.

- Proven experience as a Workday report writer. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. - Strong command of Advanced SQL. - Expertise in Reporting & Visualizations. - Familiarity with the HR Domain. - Demonstrated Problem-solving skills, including analytical thinking, collaborative approaches, and adaptability to change. - Excellent Verbal and Email Communication skills, including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation. - Experience in Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management.
