In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. This includes managing both standard recurring requests and ad hoc one-time reporting needs. You will collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure reporting outcomes are accurate, timely, and relevant to business objectives.

Key duties involve executing and delivering reports according to specifications, extracting and preparing data from HCM and other HR systems, and building automated Excel-based reports using advanced features like PowerQuery and VBA. You will analyze HR data to identify trends and anomalies, support dashboard creation, and maintain high data quality through validation.

Further responsibilities include documenting report logic, collaborating with team members on data queries, identifying opportunities for process streamlining, and adhering to data handling and governance standards.

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in SuccessFactors report development and proficiency in Advanced MS Office (Excel) and Advanced SQL. Experience in Reporting & Visualizations and the HR Domain is essential.

Essential skills include robust problem-solving capabilities, analytical thinking, and adaptability to change. Excellent verbal and email communication skills, encompassing sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation, are crucial. A solid understanding of Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management is also required.

While not mandatory, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is considered a beneficial asset for this role. A commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes and a meticulous attention to detail are paramount.
