This role focuses on the hands-on development and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. You will handle both recurring and ad hoc reporting requests, working closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and business-relevant outcomes. Strong technical proficiency in tools like Workday and Advanced Excel is essential, alongside a talent for interpreting and analyzing data effectively. Familiarity with payroll and time-off processes is expected. A high degree of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to enhancing reporting processes are key attributes for success.

Key responsibilities include executing and delivering standard and ad hoc HR reports according to agreed timelines and specifications. You will build new reports and dashboards in Workday based on provided specifications. This involves extracting and preparing data from Workday and other HR systems for reporting and analysis, primarily using Advanced Excel. Analyzing HR data to identify trends, anomalies, and provide insights for decision-making is crucial.

Ensuring data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through regular validation and testing is a core duty. Maintaining clear documentation for report logic, transformation steps, and data sources is also required. Collaboration with team members and prompt response to stakeholder data/reporting queries are essential. You will also identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks, adhering to defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling.

The role requires practical experience in HR Analytics and proficiency in Workday Reporting. A strong understanding of Payroll and Time off domain knowledge is necessary, alongside skills in Reporting & Visualizations and general HR Domain understanding. Advanced Excel proficiency within MS Office is mandatory. Effective Email Writing Skills, strong Problem-solving skills including Analytical and Collaborative thinking, and adaptability to change are vital.

Excellent Verbal Communication skills covering Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, and Pronunciation are expected. Experience in Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management is beneficial. Familiarity with Workday PRISM, Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets is also a requirement for this position.
