Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and business performance. Develop automated reports to reduce manual effort and ensure consistent insights delivery. Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into reporting pipelines. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Prepare detailed performance reports covering audience, sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and other agreed KPIs. Monitor dashboard performance and data refresh cycles for accuracy and reliability. Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs, proactively flagging discrepancies. Support ad-hoc data requests by querying databases and presenting findings clearly. Create compelling data visualizations to communicate trends and patterns to non-technical audiences. Liaise with data engineering teams to understand data pipelines and resolve upstream issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, dashboards, and data definitions.

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field is required. Total experience of 2-5 years is needed, with at least 2 years in reporting and visualization roles. Demonstrate proficiency in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, including dashboard creation, DAX, and calculated fields. Possess advanced SQL skills for writing queries, joins, aggregations, and performance tuning. Exhibit advanced Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query. A strong understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases is essential. Experience working with large datasets and automating reporting processes is highly valued. Familiarity with leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance analytics workflows and decision-making is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality are crucial. Strong English communication and stakeholder-facing presentation skills are necessary.
