Take ownership of end-to-end accounting processes, including group accounting, month-end closing, and financial reporting. You will conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations and manage financial year closing activities.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, providing guidance to team members. Experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle is essential for transaction processing, reporting, and reconciliation.

Key duties include managing journal entries, reconciling VAT GL accounts, and overseeing VAT compliance processes. You will also support revenue reconciliations and effectively manage and resolve open items in a timely manner.

Ideal candidates will possess a Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA qualification with 4 years of experience, or a B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or MBA with 4-8 years of relevant accounting experience.

A strong command of accounting principles (IFRS) and processes is required, with US GAAP knowledge being a significant advantage. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or MS Business Central is necessary.

Essential skills include advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities for financial analysis. You should exhibit excellent work organization, initiative, commitment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
