In this role, you will lead and meticulously review the classification process, providing crucial technical guidance to team members. You will be responsible for tracking deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Developing a deep understanding of client industries, classification needs, and project timelines is essential.

You will also conduct in-depth analysis of complex cases, foster strong relationships with team members through mentorship, and collaborate closely with the Manager. Building rapport with clients, addressing their queries directly, and offering constructive feedback to enhance team performance are key aspects of this position. You will actively mentor and supervise Analysts and Advanced Analysts, guiding their development.

To excel in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of relevant experience, including a Bachelor's Degree or an undergraduate degree focused on international trade. Proven experience working within the Global Trade industry is required, specifically in determining tariff classifications according to the Harmonized Tariff System. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are paramount.

Additional qualifications include the ability to analyze regulations and procedures and apply them to operational contexts, along with exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing a team and fluency in English are essential. Knowledge of Export Control classification is considered a significant advantage.
