As a Senior Global Trade professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing classifications, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely and accurate deliverables for our clients. Spearhead the classification process, rigorously reviewing analyst deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

Provide essential technical support and guidance to team members engaged in classification tasks.

Proactively track deadlines and due dates, collaborating with management and team members to prioritize workload and meet all project timelines.

Develop a deep understanding of client industries and classification needs, working diligently to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Conduct in-depth analyses for complex and contentious classification cases.

Foster strong relationships within the team, mentoring junior analysts and working collaboratively with the Manager.

Build rapport with clients, directly addressing their inquiries as appropriate and representing EY with professionalism.

Bring a minimum of 4 years and up to 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Hold a Bachelor's Degree or an undergraduate degree in international trade.

Possess demonstrable experience working within the Global Trade industry.

Exhibit expertise in determining tariff classifications in accordance with the Harmonized Tariff System (HTS).

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Ability to interpret and apply regulations and procedures to operational contexts is key.

Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience managing a team is highly valued.

Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this role.
