Drive the classification process, review analyst deliverables, and provide technical guidance. Track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely, quality deliverables. Analyze complex cases, build strong relationships with team members, and mentor staff. Develop client relationships, respond to queries, and provide regular feedback. Supervise and mentor Analysts and Advanced Analysts to foster a high-performance culture.

A Bachelor's Degree or undergraduate degree in international trade is required, along with 2-4 years of experience in Global Trade. Proficiency in determining tariff classifications using the Harmonized Tariff System is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are crucial. Experience managing a team and fluency in English are mandatory. Knowledge of Export Control classification is a plus.
