We are seeking a Tax Senior to join our dynamic Tax Compliance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to international client projects, support practice growth, and drive change management initiatives within a global, distributed team environment.

As a Tax Senior, you will oversee the day-to-day tax and tax accounting matters for clients, ensuring high standards of service. Key responsibilities include leading engagements from planning to completion, managing project economics, and mentoring junior analysts. You will interpret and comply with tax regulations, proactively identify and resolve tax issues, and recommend improvements. The role involves detailed review of tax returns, managing workflows, and assisting with tax audit responses. You'll also develop tax strategies, understand client operations, and take ownership of your schedule to meet utilization goals.

We require a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in corporate tax compliance, complemented by strong accounting skills and proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance. A broad understanding of federal, state, and local income taxation, along with excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce is required, and candidates pursuing Master's degrees are encouraged to apply. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, along with exceptional client service dedication, is expected. Experience within a Big 4 firm or professional tax accounting background is advantageous.
