As an experienced Full Stack .Net Developer within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, you will lead solution or infrastructure development for projects of varying sizes, utilizing strong technical expertise and hands-on experience. You will design, develop, and maintain solutions using standard methodologies and best practices for both new features and modifications.

This role is primarily an individual contributor, though you may be tasked with managing project-aligned teams and providing informal mentoring. Collaboration with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams, as well as external vendors like Microsoft, will be essential for understanding and planning code modifications to meet development objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading high-quality solution and infrastructure delivery, setting project timelines, and continuously updating specifications based on user needs. You will contribute to complex project aspects, performing coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle. Resolving escalated production and system enhancement issues, and providing technical expertise to maximize value from current solutions and emerging technologies are also key.

Translate user requirements into detailed design specifications and drive alignment with relevant processes, procedures, and technical designs. Communicate ongoing activities and results to stakeholders and management for knowledge sharing. Develop applications using N Tier, MVC, and SOA Architectures with .NET Framework 4.5+ and Visual Studio 2015 or above. Collaborate on creating visual mockups, prototypes, diagrams, and perform compatibility testing for integrated architectures.

Successful candidates must possess 5 years of development experience in C# .NET, MVC, Web API, jQuery, and Angular. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent work experience is required. Experience building web applications with the ASP.NET framework and design/architectural patterns like MVC is essential. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, building web services (REST, WEB API, WCF, ASMX), writing stored procedures and complex queries (LINQ is a plus), and using ORM tools like Entity Framework or NHibernate is expected.

Proficiency in building the UI layer with client-side frameworks such as jQuery and Angular is necessary. Knowledge of SOLID principles, Agile methodologies, strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are vital. Experience with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is a plus.
