Ensure adherence to data center security and safety best practices. Perform installation and testing of copper and fiber optic cabling. Create and attach labels and barcodes accurately. Utilize and understand various test equipment, including power meters, light sources, OTDR, VFL, Fluke, network analyzers, and copper/fiber cabling testers. Basic building and troubleshooting of network devices. Manage inventory of related materials, coordinating daily site deliveries. Follow defined escalation processes and standard operating procedures. Work effectively in challenging environmental conditions, including noisy areas and temperature variations. Regularly work at heights and from ladders. Demonstrate experience with a ticketing system. Be available for travel within the designated geographical work area, including occasional work in confined spaces like under raised floors.

Possess a Diploma or equivalent practical experience in a technical field. Bring at least 2 years of experience in project management or operations planning. Have 3+ years of experience in physical network infrastructure deployment and troubleshooting. Demonstrate 3+ years of experience with network cabling, including both fiber optic and copper. Exhibit strong English language communication abilities. Possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and network cabling. Excel in a team environment, showcasing excellent time management and the ability to follow direction. Be capable of working at heights or using ladders for extended periods. Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold high-quality standards.
