Engage directly with a global customer base, providing expert consultation on product features and capabilities. Drive new product enhancements and configuration changes by working closely with clients both on and off-site. Provide critical technical and functional guidance, mentoring team members. Configure Icertis solutions precisely to meet unique client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with technical teams.

A proven track record of at least 4 years in Application Support or Functional Consulting is essential. You must have successfully completed a minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle Icertis implementations, ideally in a lead consultant capacity. Holding ICI functional certifications is required.

Exceptional communication and customer handling skills are paramount. While exposure to Windows Azure and Cloud Computing is an advantage, a deep understanding of customer support processes and tools, coupled with the ability to adhere to defined processes, is critical for success in this role.
