Capgemini is seeking a senior executive to lead strategic EAM and APM transformations for Energy & Utility clients. This role requires deep expertise in IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon EAM/APM solutions, combined with substantial domain experience in asset-intensive industries and digital asset transformation. The ideal candidate will drive business outcomes through innovative solution architecture and client collaboration.

This leadership position is pivotal in shaping the future of asset management for our clients, focusing on enhancing reliability, operational excellence, and leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies. A strong track record of delivering large-scale programs and contributing to business growth is essential.

Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and implementation of IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon EAM/APM platforms. Develop and execute EAM/APM transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Architect comprehensive solutions covering Asset Lifecycle Management, Maintenance, Work Management, Reliability, Inventory, and Field Service operations.

Drive seamless integration of EAM systems with ERP, GIS, SCADA, IoT, and other enterprise data ecosystems. Champion digital transformation initiatives such as predictive maintenance and operational excellence. Govern solution architecture, oversee deployment quality, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT leadership to achieve desired business outcomes.

A minimum of 20-25 years of experience with IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon solutions is required, along with a proven project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution. A Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite, and an MBA is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess strong customer orientation, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Exceptional judgment, creative solutioning capabilities, and the ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems are crucial. Excellent collaboration skills for engaging with diverse, multi-cultural teams across geographies are also vital. The role demands strong leadership, team-building abilities, and an entrepreneurial spirit to foster consensus and drive results.
