This involves: - Engaging in the development and ongoing support of mainframe applications. - Creating, verifying, and executing unit, system, and integration test cases, alongside User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Performing enhancements on existing programs and components. - Monitoring batch job execution and resolving abends promptly. - Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. - Actively participating in Agile methodologies. - Functioning as an individual contributor, taking ownership of tasks while collaborating effectively with clients.

Essential skills for this role include proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, and IDMS.
