Seeking a skilled Mainframe Technical Lead to spearhead application development initiatives. This role is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring robust support within our mainframe environment.

This position emphasizes leadership in development and ongoing support, contributing significantly to the Business Applications category. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in project success and client collaboration.

Lead comprehensive project communication, including detailed status reporting and managing discussions.

Drive development and provide essential support for mainframe applications. This includes creating and executing unit, system, integration, and user acceptance tests.

Enhance existing programs and components, and actively monitor batch jobs, resolving any abend issues. Ensure all project documentation is current, accurate, and complete.

A solid understanding of Agile methodologies is essential. As an individual contributor, you will own your work while fostering seamless collaboration with the client.

Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, and IDMS is mandatory for this role.

Experience with Agile methodologies and a proven ability to manage project documentation are also key requirements.
