This role focuses on driving global consistency, operational readiness, and continuous improvement across IAM Operational Services. You will act as a central coordination and business engagement point, ensuring standardized, scalable, and globally aligned IAM operational services. The position is crucial for ensuring new technologies are operationally ready for production and that transitions into operations are structured and controlled, aligning with ITIL practices. Continuous improvement will be a key focus, driven by feedback, metrics, and governance.
Align IAM Operations processes for a consistent global delivery model, incorporating regional nuances and maintaining standardized documentation. Establish and maintain Operational Readiness and Transition frameworks, defining scope, success criteria, and coordinating the onboarding of new IAM technologies. Facilitate readiness reviews and signoff processes. Drive continuous improvement by coordinating service improvement initiatives, leveraging post-implementation insights, and identifying automation opportunities. Support service performance monitoring, collect user feedback, and escalate operational issues. Ensure changes and enhancements align with IAM business rules, governance, and operational standards, maintaining global consistency. Document and communicate policy updates. Act as a liaison between IAM Operations, Infrastructure, and Solutions teams, communicating service changes and operational impacts. Coordinate IAM Operations UAT and rollout activities, supporting test plan development. Facilitate the establishment of monitoring and reporting mechanisms for service stability and enable problem management activities by ensuring issues are routed and addressed appropriately.
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative IAM professional with 7–10 years of experience in IAM Operations, IT infrastructure, or service management within a large, complex enterprise. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex IAM challenges and recommend feasible solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a globally distributed environment is essential. Advanced critical thinking skills are required to evaluate current processes and drive improvements that maintain service continuity and minimize risk. Excellent consultative and facilitation skills are needed to guide discussions and drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are vital for engaging effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leadership. A proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams is crucial. Familiarity with ITIL principles and their application in service transition, change management, and continuous improvement is expected. Working knowledge of IAM technologies like Active Directory services, identity governance and provisioning tools (e.g., SailPoint), federation, PKI, authentication, and directory services platforms is required. Experience supporting IAM Operational Services delivery, operational readiness, service transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives is essential. Experience working across multiple regions and understanding global operational challenges is a plus. Certifications like ITIL Foundation or relevant Microsoft/IAM certifications are preferred.
