This position is part of a dynamic Information Security team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You'll contribute to a roadmap that ensures secure access for over 330,000 individuals worldwide, working with cutting-edge technologies like Active Directory, hybrid cloud environments, and SSO.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and support internal IAM applications and tools efficiently and securely. This includes providing advanced support for users and groups across platforms such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and Exchange, utilizing tools like SailPoint IIQ, AADC, and PowerShell scripts.

You will act as a Level 2/3 technical support specialist, resolving or escalating incidents related to IAM services across diverse environments. A key aspect of this role involves establishing data governance standards for quality and compliance, and continuously seeking process improvements through AI and automation. Additionally, you will design and develop interactive dashboards and reports, analyze large datasets for trends and risks, and perform root cause analysis to enhance IAM processes and prevent future access issues.

We are seeking candidates with advanced knowledge and practical experience in Microsoft Active Directory user and group management. Familiarity with MS Azure/Entra ID, AADC, Exchange/Outlook, Windows File Share access, and Sailpoint (OneAccess) for automated provisioning is essential.

Your qualifications should include robust knowledge of EY’s desktop environment and Information Security access functions. Experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard Development using the MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is vital, alongside the ability to leverage AI for process automation and data-driven solutions.
