EY's Information Security team is vital in protecting information assets in today's data-driven world. Our Information Security division integrates risk strategy, digital identity, cyber defense, application security, and technology services across the full security lifecycle. As an IAM Operations Analyst, you will support and maintain internal IAM applications and tools securely and efficiently. This includes providing advanced support for users and groups across platforms like Microsoft Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and Exchange, utilizing tools such as SailPoint IIQ, AADC, Shared Folder Management Tool, PowerShell Scripts, and the MS Power platform.

You will act as a Level 2/3 technical support resource, resolving or escalating incidents and problems related to identity and access management services across diverse environments. Establish and maintain data governance standards for data quality, integrity, and compliance. Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency through AI, automation, and data insights, implementing scalable, data-driven solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MS Power Platform, Excel, and AI. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, translating business requirements into actionable insights. Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy. Conduct operational troubleshooting to minimize system downtime and perform root cause analysis, recommending process improvements to prevent recurring access issues.

We are seeking individuals with moderate analytical skills to effectively address IAM user and group management challenges within a hybrid environment. A strong understanding of Windows File Share access management and access control is essential.

The ability to make sound decisions regarding end-user access and security issues, coupled with recommendations for security improvements, is crucial. You should be capable of making independent decisions in problem-solving, guided by best practices and a solid knowledge of IAM functions, processes, and procedures. Efficiently manage your workload, prioritize tasks, and clearly communicate results and findings to end-users and management.

Qualifications include advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Active Directory user and group management, with basic knowledge of MS Azure/Entra ID, AADC, Exchange/Outlook, Windows File Share access, and Sailpoint (OneAccess) for automated provisioning. Familiarity with EY's desktop environment and Information Security functions is expected. Experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard Development using MS Power Platform, Excel, and related technologies is required, alongside practical experience in developing and supporting business solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. Strong time management, consultative skills for issue analysis, and advanced interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution are also necessary. Excellent oral communication skills in English are vital for working with end-users and IT peers.
