We are seeking a skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer for our Pan India team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in IAM, with a strong focus on authentication technologies.

As an IAM Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing and managing robust identity and access solutions.

Your responsibilities will include integrating applications with IAM platforms, managing identity federation, and ensuring secure access protocols are maintained. You will also contribute to automation efforts and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure.

This role requires significant expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including hands-on experience with authentication protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Proficiency in Java and/or Python is essential, coupled with experience in automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure support. A solid understanding of observability, monitoring, tracing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization within enterprise environments is also expected. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are vital, particularly within Agile, cross-functional teams.
