As a Senior Specialist, you will handle escalated incidents, manage tasks, and respond to critical alerts including system outages. You will assess and implement complex VDI/App Delivery Virtualization projects, supporting configurations for Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and peers on complex environments, applying best practices to large-scale projects, and developing repeatable standards. You will also create support documentation, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, and adhere to ITIL processes, ensuring accurate ticket documentation.

This role requires 5+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience, with at least 5 years in engineering or support for x86 offerings like VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix. Advanced experience with highly available Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops/DaaS) and 3+ years with Azure Virtual Desktop are necessary.
