As a VDI Systems Integration Advisor, you will provide expert support for escalated incidents, manage tasks, and respond to critical alerts, including server outages. You will assess and implement complex VDI and application delivery virtualization projects using various technologies.

Key responsibilities include supporting complex system configurations for Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms, and developing repeatable standards for product uniformity. You will interact directly with clients and peers, apply best practices to large-scale projects, and maintain essential support documentation and knowledge base articles. Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and adherence to ITIL processes are also integral to this role.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience. You should possess over 5 years of engineering and/or support experience with x86 offerings like VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix, along with 3+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.

Essential skills include advanced experience with highly available Citrix environments, basic knowledge of storage subsystems, and server hardware fundamentals. Familiarity with on-premise hypervisors (vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V) and SQL is preferred. You must have extensive skills in Windows Networking, Active Directory, profile management, and a thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies including Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN, and NAS.

Demonstrated ability in assessing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT Infrastructure systems, along with strong problem-solving and client satisfaction skills, is crucial. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Experience with Windows 365 or AWS Workspaces is a plus.
