Lead and nurture a high-performing team of Commissioning Engineers, overseeing recruitment, team building, and performance management. Establish a clear team vision and strategic priorities aligned with organizational objectives.

Develop and implement strategies for future-proofing the organization by leveraging expertise in data center mechanical and electrical infrastructure lifecycle and relevant standards. Drive process improvements, fixing inefficiencies and iterating on existing mechanisms to enhance outcomes. Lead cross-functional teams on initiatives focused on availability and reliability.

Design and manage metrics to quantify performance and assess the effectiveness of key commissioning drivers. Conduct in-depth data analysis to drive improvements across organizational metrics, incorporating innovation and advanced technologies. Align with stakeholders and influence a diverse group to meet quality policies. Guide financial planning for capital and operational forecasts and lead budget management. Solve complex problems through data analysis and present recommended solutions to leadership.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. Bring extensive experience in industrial or commercial engineering, or project management within Mission Critical facilities such as data centers, power generation, or oil/gas. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering team management and 3+ years in people leadership.

Demonstrated experience in setting metric-driven goals, analyzing project proposals, and communicating complex information to senior stakeholders is highly valued. The ability to solve business challenges through accurate financial modeling and analysis that drives tangible business benefits is also preferred.
