Join NVIDIA, a leader in transforming computer graphics and accelerated computing, as we pioneer the next era of AI. Our Silicon Co-Design group is searching for talented Execution Engineers to support the development and validation of cutting-edge platforms for NVIDIA GPUs and SOCs. You will gain hands-on experience with high-speed IOs like PCI-E Gen5 and USB SS Gen2, contributing to system-level functional testing, performance evaluation, and stability assessments.
This is an opportunity to be part of a motivated, global hardware team, playing a pivotal role in delivering state-of-the-art products to key markets.
As a crucial member of the platform validation team, you will execute diverse test cases, including stress, electrical, functional, and environmental tests across Windows, Linux, and Android.
Your responsibilities will involve collecting extensive system data, identifying and classifying failures, and performing initial debugging. You'll prepare detailed test reports and log bugs. Additionally, you will assemble and test complex systems for stability, understand and execute test procedures across various process, voltage, and temperature corners, and adapt test scripts as needed. You'll also drive preliminary debugging and triage efforts, run functional tests for GPU and SoC interfaces (PCIe, USB, eMMC, DP, HDMI), and participate in platform bring-up activities, including board screening, firmware programming, fusing, and peripheral checks.
A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with at least 4 years of experience in hardware platform testing and validation is required.
We seek candidates with a solid background in board validation and a strong understanding of electrical SI measurement concepts. Hands-on experience with laboratory and measurement equipment, such as DSOs, BERT, VNA, protocol analyzers, and data acquisition units, is essential. Proficiency in executing tests within a Linux environment and the ability to perform preliminary debug analysis are crucial. Familiarity with debugging tools like WinDBG and ADB, along with a strong grasp of PC system components, buses, interconnects, and PCB components, is expected.
