This senior HRBP Lead role offers a unique opportunity to directly partner with Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping the people strategy for the entire revenue organization, encompassing organizational design, hiring initiatives, performance management, compensation, and fostering a strong company culture. Expect to take a leading role in defining and implementing these critical functions.

Collaborate closely with Sales and GTM leaders, acting as a strategic advisor on organizational design, headcount planning, and talent acquisition as the revenue team expands. Develop and own the compensation strategy for Sales and GTM, including defining bands, incentives, and offers to attract top talent in a competitive market. Drive performance initiatives, calibration processes, and leadership development programs across the revenue organization. Cultivate a high-performing team culture with a strong sense of ownership within the GTM function. Integrate data-driven and AI-first approaches into all people-related decisions.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience is required, including significant tenure as an HR Business Partner for Sales/GTM or related business functions. Proven success in a high-growth, fast-paced startup or company environment, with a demonstrated understanding of scaling revenue organizations. Deep expertise in compensation strategy, incentive structures, and organizational design specifically for revenue-generating teams. Proficiency in technology and an AI-first mindset, coupled with sound judgment to act effectively when policies may not provide clear answers.
