Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting team as a Consultant specializing in HR Transformation (HRT). You will drive impactful HR Shared Services (SSC) engagements, optimizing service delivery and transforming operating models for global clients. Key responsibilities include supporting HR Transformation and HR Shared Services engagements across various industries. You'll conduct current-state assessments, document and map processes, and design future-state operating models for Hire-to-Retire functions. Developing client deliverables such as process maps, SOPs, governance documentation, and service catalogues is essential.

Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements. Support Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives, define service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs. Assist with transition and migration activities for SSC implementations. Analyze operational data for process improvements and support HR technology transformations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). Contribute to project management, reporting, and risk management.

We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Shared Services, Service Delivery Transformation, or HR Consulting. A Master’s degree in HR or a full-time MBA/EMBA is required.

Ideal candidates possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a structured approach to detail. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is crucial. Experience with HR Shared Services (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or HR Operating Model engagements is preferred.

Familiarity with HR service delivery, process transformation, and governance frameworks is important. A solid understanding of one or more HCM systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft) is beneficial. Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and business documentation, along with strong stakeholder management skills, will be advantageous.
