Lead HR Solutions projects in alignment with Capgemini's BID methodology, applying strong project management skills within a business context.

Drive RFI and RFP responses for the H2R (Hire-to-Retire) domain, leveraging extensive HR Solutions experience.

Contribute to solution process design using methodologies like DGEM and HR benchmarks, and estimate FTE requirements based on RFP/RFI data.

Develop commercial models and perform FTE sizing to design target HR operating models, while managing internal stakeholders to align with the BID strategy.

Design solutions within project deadlines, deliver required outputs, and foster knowledge sharing among team members, coordinating with Practice guidelines. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects is essential.

Showcase proven client-facing experience in requirements gathering, development, and technical deployments for projects.

Demonstrate expertise in leading or supporting development projects from a solutioning perspective.

Collaborate effectively with sales teams to develop and deliver solutions by responding to client RFI/RFP requests.

Manage your designated process areas according to Capgemini's BID methodology, ensuring all BID participants receive relevant solution information. Own any solution changes during the BID process.
