This role focuses on leading HR Solutions projects using Capgemini's BID methodology. You will be instrumental in designing innovative HR target operating models, supported by your strong project management and solutioning expertise. Leverage your understanding of HR benchmarks and methodologies to drive impactful outcomes.

Lead HR Solutions projects, adhering to Capgemini's BID methodology, and drive RFI/RFP responses for the H2R domain. Design HR target operating models, including FTE requirements and commercial modeling. Manage internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the BID strategy and project deadlines.

Participate in client workshops for solution design and present solutions during defense sessions. Foster knowledge sharing within the team and coordinate efforts according to best practices. Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

A minimum of 12 years of robust experience in the H2R domain is essential. Proven expertise in leading HR solutioning and transformation processes is required. Familiarity with HR technology, including HCM and case management tools, is desirable.

Proficiency in mapping tools such as Business Optix or Visio is needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective stakeholder management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key to designing successful HR solutions.
