Key responsibilities include assessing learning needs, creating development calendars, and managing L&D budgeting and planning. You will project manage learning initiatives, oversee smooth program deployment, and ensure timely escalations. This involves creating new courses on SuccessFactors (LMS), developing business cases for external trainings, and monitoring their deployment.

You will also review learning MIS for accuracy, analyze trends, create dashboards, and propose innovative solutions to support the learning strategy. Building collaterals, managing branding, and contributing to newsletters are also part of the role. Strong stakeholder management, business awareness, facilitator, participant, and vendor management are crucial for success.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent is required. Postgraduate qualifications such as a Master of Arts in Psychology, Master of Business Administration, Master of Commerce, or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management are also highly valued.

We are seeking candidates with 6-10 years of experience specifically in Learning & Development. A practical approach to problem-solving, the ability to deliver insightful solutions, and an agile, curious, and creative mindset are essential. Candidates should be mindful, adaptable, and capable of sustaining positive energy.
