This senior analyst role focuses on delivering expert HR operational support across the global employee lifecycle within a Shared Services framework. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert for Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with various HR teams and business stakeholders worldwide to resolve operational issues and maintain consistent HR service delivery. This involves executing complex HR activities, acting as an escalation point for inquiries, and coordinating adherence to global and local HR policies.

We are looking for candidates with 7-8 years of experience in Global HR Shared Services, possessing strong practical knowledge of the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) employee lifecycle. Essential skills include proficiency in enterprise HR platforms, case management systems, and workflow tools.
