NTT DATA is seeking a skilled HR Mini Master Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate design, migration, and validation of employee master data for SAP S/4HANA system conversions and data transitions.

This position focuses on the essential personnel data needed to support critical business processes across various modules, including Finance, Controlling, and Logistics, ensuring seamless integration within the S/4HANA environment.

Key responsibilities include defining and configuring the HR Mini Master data model in S/4HANA, identifying necessary info types, and managing personnel setup. You will also be responsible for analyzing, cleansing, and migrating HR master data from ECC to S/4HANA using tools like the Migration Cockpit.

This role requires ensuring the HR Mini Master supports integration with SAP modules like FI, CO, and Logistics, aligning employee data with the Business Partner approach. Collaboration with HR, security, and technical teams is essential for successful data governance, user linkage, and comprehensive testing.

We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM and at least 1-2 S/4HANA migration projects. A strong understanding of HR Mini Master concepts, data migration tools, and integration with S/4HANA modules is crucial.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with data migration, cleansing, and validation. Expertise in functional design, test case creation, and documenting HR Mini Master solutions is also required. Familiarity with data privacy regulations is a plus.
