Join our Compensation Centre of Excellence as a Senior Compensation Tools & Analytics Lead. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping the strategy, governance, and ongoing enhancement of our compensation systems, tools, data, and analytics. You'll leverage deep compensation knowledge and sophisticated analytical skills to ensure our organization possesses precise, trustworthy, and impactful reward insights.

Collaborate closely with HR Technology, People Analytics, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering essential compensation reporting, robust modelling, market benchmarking, pay equity assessments, and optimizing our annual compensation cycles and reward technologies.

Drive compensation analytics by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models that empower business decision-making. Deliver key insights into pay positioning, market competitiveness, internal and external equity, and compensation trends.

Lead compensation tools and technology initiatives, serving as the primary functional expert for our compensation systems. Partner with HRIS and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize compensation modules and processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and effective governance. Champion automation and digitalization to streamline processes and elevate the user experience.

Establish and uphold stringent data governance standards for compensation data quality and reporting. Ensure unwavering compliance with pay transparency, equal pay regulations, data privacy mandates, and other relevant requirements. Develop comprehensive controls and audit procedures to guarantee data accuracy and integrity, while actively supporting internal and external audits.

Possess a strong foundation in compensation expertise, coupled with advanced analytical capabilities and a talent for data storytelling. Demonstrate proficiency in HR technology and systems, alongside a solid understanding of data governance principles.
