As a Helpdesk Senior Representative, your core duties will involve delivering outstanding IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users across various IT devices and applications. You will be responsible for accurately recording, updating, and escalating support issues to ensure timely resolution.

Your role will extend to assisting with IT onboarding for new users and collaborating closely with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and ongoing maintenance. A key aspect involves actively exploring and proposing new IT business tools to enhance support for both business users and internal teams, while also seeking opportunities for process and technology improvements. Continuous learning and growth in other IT business areas are encouraged.

To excel in this position, you will need exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with outstanding customer service abilities. A strong team player attitude is essential, as is comfort working with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and bug resolution is critical. You must be capable of working independently within a globally distributed team. Familiarity with IT software and hardware troubleshooting, including Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and the Microsoft Environment, is required.
