As a Senior Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing live dashboards, analyzing trends, and providing essential reporting. Your expertise will also be vital in coaching colleagues and offering technical guidance to resolve system issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities include monitoring live dashboards, analyzing service delivery components, and generating insightful reports. You will be responsible for workflow allocation and conducting quality analysis on agreed aspects.

This role also involves acting as a coach and escalation point for junior team members, providing them with technical guidance to resolve problems. You will facilitate efficient problem-solving by acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of online system issues.

Ideal candidates will possess a university education, preferably with a technical degree or relevant Microsoft certifications. Familiarity with local and hybrid (Office and Remote) administration of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office family applications is expected.

Previous experience providing hybrid IT support is highly advantageous. Strong reporting abilities, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using effective troubleshooting techniques, are essential. You must also demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills, with fluency in the English language.

Flexibility to work in shifts may be required for this position.
